SPGG Swimming

As arranged.. i met up with my pri sch friend & neighbour to go down to SPGG (Singapore Polytechnic Graduate Guild) for a swim.. i really hope that it will not be crowded with ppl and it is!!~ although there is people but only a few lah...

Been quite a long time before i last swim... think during army period bah... that time was training purpose.. not so leisure as today... i doubt the distance from one corner to another is the standard 25m.. but then we swim for 11 times of the length of the pool... it was a tiring one... and almost feel quite breathless at the very last round...

Afterthat... there was a small waterfall.. although there are alot of kids gathering over at the least deep pool... but then heck care lah... and we went below the waterfall....

I remembered i saw there's suana... jagucci... steam room... so i suggested we go deep into the toilet and went through a series of doors before we heat the hot/cold pool...
I've tried to go into the hot pool which is about 38degree.. but it took me sometime to submerge myself to the neck into the pool... been quite painful when going down... >.< but the thing is that Hao Jie went in bravely... inlcuding the cold pool which i didnt put my leg into it.. coz it is too cold liao...
Next we visited the suana room and stayed for quite awhile... chat inside and the sweat is flowing out like water... then i suggested we should take some pics and there we are inside the suana room.. seems like those 古惑仔 in hong kong movie sia...

Then the last one will be the steam room.. we have dehydrate ourselves inside the suana room and now we have to hydrate ourselves inside the steam room... both room cant stay too long coz it is getting tougher and tougher to breath...

It was a very nice swimming and we explored the whole facilities inside the SPGG after a good shower... we spotted the study room... jackpot room... bowling alley... pool room.. ktv lounge and the ballroom... it was quite a good club hangout sia...
I have suggested to go every bi-weekly Sunday morning... either to Tennis or Swimming or even both... can easily chill out the whole day there sia... oh yah.. got wireless@SG there too... ^_^
