Terminator with ZhuTou!~

Wow!!!~ it was a very exciting movie for me.. especially when i'm so familiar with the names being mentioned in the movie after i watched the Terminator series called "Terminator - The Sarah Conner Chronicles"...

However it wasnt link to the series neither the previous Terminator episodes... but it was still very very interestings... the movie screened on the moment where John Conner found his dad and in a dilemma if to send his dad back to his mum to "mate" in order to give birth to John... it was a very difficult decisions.. coz it means simply allowing his dad to die while fighting against the terminators...

I was kinda sad when i didnt see the new species of the terminator in the movie... which is that liquidified terminator that can turn into anyone when touched... wooot!~ it appear in one of the oldist movie and also in the series... quite interesting wor.. wahahahah

Anyway.. i was so damn tired on that night.. especially i went for the cycling in Ubin in the morning~~ total SHAG-ness~!!!

Company Event

Yesterday attended a very exciting afternoon event in SingTel SRC.. it was organised in-house for all the product people.. and the MC (Geraldine & Chai Hwee) have made the whole event a very exciting one...

I was slightly later than all my colleagues as i have to go down to the IS office to put Lena's laptop to reformat... then when i reached.. they already reserved a place right at the centre... so the event begin with a speech by our VP and then some introduction of the new people in Consumer Group... and there was a show displayed by our directors.. it was kind of funny at some part.. but it was quite boring as well...

I also remembered about another guessing games... and a person have to come out to act out the words for everyone to guess.. the room was divided into boys & girls on each side... then i was being selected out by Angeline... sigh.. tot i can escape sia... =Pp and of coz... after my turn.. i was given the right to choose another girl... and so.. Zhutou!! wahaha.. she must have hated me.. =pP

And soon it's time for the lucky draw!! becoz Terence was not around.. and i was the next in the line.. and together with me was Kiat and XiQiang wahaha.. but then it wasnt very easy for the lucky draw and we had to make difficult choice to take the hard cash $100 or the prize written on the scroll... i wasnt that lucky to get the iPod Touch 8GB but kind-of lucky to get $50 instead because i choose the scroll... but then both Kiat & XQ got the iPod Touch sia... kaoz.. =Pp

Overall it was a very relaxing afternoon in the SRC... ^_^

Terminator Salvation

Sony presents.... TERMINATOR SALVATION!!!~~~ WOo Hoo... another series of Terminator and the dear John Conner is back to fight against the evil skynet... wahhaha.. I have finish watching the series till season 3... and it will take some time for the next to come out... i'm i'm i'm so so so looking forward to the launch in Singapore on the 28 May 09.. which is two more days to go!!~ woo Hoo!~

Another day in SPGG

Went to the SPGG again on last Sunday to play a round of Tennis.. finally a chance to try out the new racquet that i bought previously... it was quite fun and the racquet seems to merge within me~~ wahaha... too 'gua zhang' isit?? come lah.. challenge me and you will know.. hehe

Anyway.. we didnt reserve the court till the last minutes when reaching the SPGG... it was only 2:30pm then i start reserving the 3pm slot.. wahahha.. actually i did ask beforehand when i come out from the house.. but it was quite risky as well...

After which.. we dive into the pool to cool down ourselves.. wahahah.. enjoying life hor?? but i wasnt very happy on that day.. coz the crowd there was too much till it's so pack in the pool to swim.. it was quite different from the previous weeks that i come.. sigh... hopefully the next time i go there.. it will not be that pack.. =Pp so must go go go early early next time!!~

Trip to Johor

Yesterday planned a trip down to johor.. initially got 4 of us... me.. zhutou.. peiching & kiat... but then something happened to kiat's family and he is unable to join us... hence.. only left 3 of us to go...

it was about 3:30pm when we board onto peiching's car.. initially wanted to go thru woodland checkpoint.. but then i said i only know how to go thru tuas checkpoint... luckily peiching turn to tuas.. coz on the way.. his friends sms him and say that woodland that side is jammed... lolx...
we are heading towards the sea side to the seafood restaurants to eat... i was so damn stressful.. coz i only remember the road through memories... and last time i go there was about 6-8 months ago.. sigh.. then when we reached the final turn.. i couldnt remember the road sia... then in the end have to call dad to confirm the road...

In the end.. saw the final turn and then we went in.. but then so many restaurants and i only remembered to go the the 2nd one... sigh.. that's the wrong one manz... in the end we ate at the last restaurant which was only moderately nice... now i know liao.. so i'll go to the 2nd restaurants.. ^_^ We ordered stir-fried salty egg crabs... 鳕鱼... lemon chicken... lok lok.. and kang kong... it's actually too much for 3 person already... then we couldnt finish those food... and guess how much we spend?? lolx.. less than $30 per person.. ^_^

After that another stressing matters... i have to find the way to the new Jusco.. wahaha.. at the critical turn.. we are suppose to go straight but i suggested to turn back... finally i decided to call dad again.. and that turn suppose to go straight de.. wahahha.. then making a U turn and we finally reached the new Jusco...

Zhutou was so happy that we finally reached.. it will be her shopping paradise.. and she bought 3 pairs of shoes on the first level.. and you know what? there was even more shoes shops on the 2nd floor.. wahaha.. there she goes with her shopping spree.. but i think she nv buy anymore on the 2nd floor... we wanted to look for sports shoes.. but the sports shops are quite limited there.. hence.. no shoes sia.. sigh...

After that we passby a very special shop.. which i can say it is very rare in Singapore.. what is it? it's A&W!!!~ wahahha.. we then ordered and sat down in the restaurant... ordered their curly fries and also the root beers with a single scoop of ice-cream.. yummy!!!~
Finally it is about 11 plus when we leave Jusco.. it was a very tiring day... by the time we passby Singapore custom.. it is already 12 plus le... the girl who say not tired.. slept through the journey home... weaklings.. =Pp

Meet Up with Sister Melissa

Been a very long time since i last met up with her... erm.. not quite actually.. she can remembered that our last meet up was in Feb attending Adeline's Bday Chalet... wahahah.. i think i also got blog about that day.. but seems like very very long time ago liao.. perhaps the assignments and exams periods seem to passby very slowly...

But anyway.. today acc her to shop and also shop for my sports shoes.. by the time i reached.. i nv late hor.. at 7pm.. she's already there 30mins ago and bought her things liao.. sigh.. so we go makan dinner first at Fish&Co... Think there's too many ppl know i like Fish&Co already... ^_^ thanks to all those that remembered!~

We only ordered a set of New York Fish&Chip and a small portion of "Fried Sotongs".. and along the dinner we have updated each other on our status... there are many things changed in her company.. but i'm just working even harder than before... nothing big happened in my workplace and i just tell her to lookout for new promotions from SingTel.. ^_^

After that we have a walk around the Parkway Parade and look for my sport shoes.. but i didnt see any shoes that fancy me... so i didnt bought anything today... we also went to the Crystal Jade Palace to get some breakfast for her family... see lah.. so good.. eat breakfast also must eat Crystal Jade de... =Pp

While on the way someone tapped me on my shoulder... luckily my sunburnt didnt affect my shoulder.. if not i'll smack that guy.. wahahah.. but that person is no other people but my eldest bro.. wahaha.. he caught me with another girl sia.. =(((

After that Sister Mel is tired already... so i suggested to have some desserts and wait for her BF to fetch her home... first time meet up with her boyfriend and we had a little chat... after that they offered to fetch me home but i didnt accept.. i wanted to watch my series when on the way home...

So when walking towards the bus stop.. i realised that i should walk to katong to take bus 40 which will stop outside the Technopark... although it is far but i still walk.. so longer time to watch video ma~~

While waiting for the bus.. i saw a bread shop selling some muffins.. so i bought 3 for $3.60 for tml breakfast... yummy de wor!!~

Evening at Vivocity & "Songs of the sea"

After the sun tanning at the beach for the whole afternoon.. zhutou and I took the train over to Vivocity for shopping and dinner... I was quite surprised that after you exit the Sentosa... coming back again will require you to buy the tickets again!~ that will happen only when u drive in... remember that when you come in by car.. u already paid $2 per pax and also $3 for that car already.. and yet... sigh... Something must be done to that flaws in the system sia..

Anyway.. Zhutou managed to come out with a trick that doesnt need us to pay the trip back to Sentosa... ask me and i'll share with you.. wahahah.. =pP anyway.. we head to the World of Sport to find the Tennis racquet... wanted to buy it long time ago but dragged till now due to the price.. damn expensive sia.. my racquet cost $209 before the 15% member discount... lucky got the member card which dropped the price down to $170++... and also bought 2 sets of tennis balls...

Zhutou also bought her own one at almost the similiar price... but i somehow feel abit "bo hua" for her to buy leh.. hmm...

Later.. we went to the Marche to have our dinner.. both of us didnt want to have a heavy meal.. so we only ordered a few dishes... of coz will not miss out their famous Rosti~~ wahaha..

After our meal.. we decided to have a stroll in the Sentosa near the Merlion... since it is still early for the water show "Songs of the Sea" at 8:40pm.. already couldnt see the scar of the Merlion after the lightning striked on it a few months ago.... poor thing... but still an icon so we wouldnt have miss out shooting at it.. ^_^..

After we explored the whole area of Imbiah.. we sat down in the Coffeebean to wait for the showtime..
Finally we are inside the show and Zhutou caught alot of good shots during the show... it really worth the $10/pax tickets... go watch it manz!!~

It was a show with great display of the combination of FIRE, WATER & LIGHTS... I'm sure you will end up a big "WOOOO!!" at the end... ^_^

Burnt!!!~

Yesterday i took a leave for a slight break.. and also to clear off the off-in-lieu that was left behind during the Vesak day. As planned.. me and Zhutou meet up to go Sentosa for some suntanning...


We met up in the early afternoon about 12plus and by the time we reached the Sentosa.. it's already about 1:30pm liao.. the sun was high up shining mercilessly on the hot sand beach... and there was alot of babes... out of 10 girls.. only 2 or 3 are Singaporeans.... there was simply too many 'ang mohs' during weekdays... and woot.. i cant deny that their figures were so perfect and cant get my eyes out of them...=pP


So guys out there.. let's go Sentosa during weekdays!!!~ wahahaha


Anyway.. we managed to secure a very great location with no nearby shelter around.. so it was just simply the sun.. the sand and us... Zhutou brought along her mat and we lied onto the sand.. she also brought along her Monopoly to play while suntanning...


Shouldnt have played too much because by the time she won the game... the sun was already down.. and realised that i only tanned on one side of my body... and then the other side wasnt tanned well... sigh!!~

Take a look at my poor thigh after being exposed to the sun for about 3 hrs... i tot the suntan lotion will not cause such a serious burnt... but then sigh... guess it will takes alot of days to recover... till then... GUYS!!~ SENTOSA!~~ wahahah..

A short run at Bedok Reservior

This morning when i woke up, it is already about 11plus already... the weather was damn nice for sport and yet i have no plans this week... actually suppose to go swimming yesterday at SPGG but was attracted to MJ instead... didnt really waste my time there but peiching managed to trigger my urge to go for diving lessons.. but the cost of it really discourage me alot... if possible.. maybe i'll get my pri sch, Hao Jie, together for a trip to Tioman for diving... but the cost... sigh... will see how i'll react when the time is right bah...

Anyway.. we also agreed to find a weekend in June to head up to Genting for the casino... i've applied for the membership cards long time ago and doesnt have the chance to use it.. >.< anyway.. looking forward for the trip to genting bah!

Feeling abit guilty on my weekend sports plan.. i decided to go a round in bedok reservior... since my last run about 8-9 months ago.. the place has changed alot.. those renovations at that time has completed now and people are using those floating platforms for wake-boarding.. canoeing... dragonboating and those tree-tops climbing sports... Although bedok reservior has been much more happening than before.. but the ache on a part of my knee muscle is still there!~

Is it the way i'm jogging is wrong?

Or i'm using the wrong shoes?

Or even I should never ever run again??

going thru all these questions in my head.. 不知不觉 i have walked for about maybe 3/5 of the reservior... i think because of the shoes.. i felt the abrasion near the "ball" of the feet... causing me to lean unknowingly towards the side of the feet which caused the aching in the muscle at the knee... dunno if it is the cause... but i'll test it out again next week once i got myself a pair of shoes that can do both tennis-ing and running...

we shall see by then if i can still continue to run or not..........

Interesting Encounters @ the Zoo

Other than looking out for the animals and the man-eating white tigers, me and xiaofang also encountered several interesting incidents that may be rare to see in the zoo. We saw a green lizard crawling panickly across us and gave both of us a shock... heard and seen the lions roar and clawing at each other... saw the poor little butterfly stucked helplessly on the spider webs.. and saw the mighty big black ants that can bite you to bleed if you are careless... I also took some pics on some interesting comments:

Wahaha.. overall.. it was a very fun trip to the zoo after so long... thanks xiaofang to acc me on that day... ^_^

A trip to Singapore Zoo

Finally got the chance to visit the Singapore Zoo after so long.. i've just uploaded all the pics from my iPhone... sigh.. coz XiaoFang forget to charge her camera.. so only able to use my iPhone to take all the pics... not so bad though.. and i've even done some editing to the pics...

Anyway.. we reached the zoo at about 1:30pm and had our lunch.. we entered straight into the zoo using the SingTel members... which can allow up to 4 pax into the zoo for free... we started by walking through the treetop... see the man-eating white tiger... and we just nice hit the feeding time at 2:30pm...


Then we start exploring the whole zoo and took quite a few pictures on the varieties of animals... and at about 3:30pm... we watched the elephant show:


We have walked all over the zoo in a big "8" methods in order to cover the whole area... and we have to quickly explore the zoo because the zoo is closing off at 6pm... we also missed the the water show which suppose to screen at 5pm.. if we are to go there.. we arent able to have enough time to cover the whole area...
