A short run at Bedok Reservior

This morning when i woke up, it is already about 11plus already... the weather was damn nice for sport and yet i have no plans this week... actually suppose to go swimming yesterday at SPGG but was attracted to MJ instead... didnt really waste my time there but peiching managed to trigger my urge to go for diving lessons.. but the cost of it really discourage me alot... if possible.. maybe i'll get my pri sch, Hao Jie, together for a trip to Tioman for diving... but the cost... sigh... will see how i'll react when the time is right bah...

Anyway.. we also agreed to find a weekend in June to head up to Genting for the casino... i've applied for the membership cards long time ago and doesnt have the chance to use it.. >.< anyway.. looking forward for the trip to genting bah!

Feeling abit guilty on my weekend sports plan.. i decided to go a round in bedok reservior... since my last run about 8-9 months ago.. the place has changed alot.. those renovations at that time has completed now and people are using those floating platforms for wake-boarding.. canoeing... dragonboating and those tree-tops climbing sports... Although bedok reservior has been much more happening than before.. but the ache on a part of my knee muscle is still there!~

Is it the way i'm jogging is wrong?

Or i'm using the wrong shoes?

Or even I should never ever run again??

going thru all these questions in my head.. 不知不觉 i have walked for about maybe 3/5 of the reservior... i think because of the shoes.. i felt the abrasion near the "ball" of the feet... causing me to lean unknowingly towards the side of the feet which caused the aching in the muscle at the knee... dunno if it is the cause... but i'll test it out again next week once i got myself a pair of shoes that can do both tennis-ing and running...

we shall see by then if i can still continue to run or not..........
